At any time, you can check the status of your web order online by clicking on the URL in the order confirmation email we sent you.
Products in stock usually ship within 24-48 hours. You should be receiving a Shipment Confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
If your web order includes a Custom Banner order, please allow 3-5 weeks for creation and delivery. Our high quality printing and cutting process requires approximately 1-2 weeks to complete, and custom assembly takes about another 1 week. Your order is important to us, and we will update you via email as soon as your order has shipped.
Corporate Sales Custom Banner orders are produced offshore and normally ship via ocean freight. Standard delivery lead times are approximately 6-8 weeks. Rush delivery may be available in 3-4 weeks at additional charge.
Because orders placed at CubeGuard.com are sent directly to our fulfillment and/or custom printing partner they cannot be cancelled.

This will take you to an overview of the available banner designs for you to customize with your own message. Select a banner design and follow the six easy steps on the next page to submit your custom banner order.

We offer Standard/Ground (5-7 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) Shipping Options to anywhere within the 48 contiguous States of America. We only offer Standard Shipping via USPS to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping and Handling Charges that apply for each of the options are based on your Order Subtotal (in U.S. dollars) as follows:

Unfortunately, we can currently only ship items within the 48 contiguous States of America, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.
Because custom banners are individually created, then shipped from our factory, they take longer to process, create, and deliver than our standard messages. To use a valid CubeGuard.com Coupon Code , just enter it on the Order Payment web page at checkout and click “Apply.” Any applicable discount will automatically be calculated and displayed on the refreshed Order Payment web page, and on the subsequent Order Review web page during the checkout sequence.

All store checkout pages where we might collect personal or billing information are secured and encrypted using SSL. Installation instructions should have been included with your CubeGuard purchase. If you purchased a CubeGuard banner in retail, the Installation Instructions are on a folded sheet inserted between the front and back sides of the card insert in the clamshell package.

Direct mounting of the CubeGuard Mount Plates to a fabric surface is not advised. Please check with your facilities department for availability of mounting brackets specifically designed for installing work surfaces and shelves to your particular cubicle panel system — these types of brackets will provide the most reliable alternative surface for attaching your CubeGuard Mount Plates.
The adhesive on our hook and look tape has been designed and tested to provide ample holding strength to mount your CubeGuard and withstand repeated banner extension/retraction use. However, like most adhesive tape, you must clean the mounting surface prior to attachment to remove any dirt, grease, or grime. We recommend using an alcohol swab (provided with some CubeGuard products) to thoroughly clean your mounting surface prior to attachment of the hook and loop tape. For best results, install the loop side of the hook and loop tape separately first and allow its adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours before applying any load and completing installation (i.e. before installing the Message Cartridge or Post Mount). Please refer to our latest User Guide for further details.
The holes (marked “A” and “B”) on the Mount Plates can be used for more permanent installation on walls or doorways (e.g. wood surfaces, drywall anchors, etc.) using #6 flat head screws.
If you purchased your CubeGuard directly from CubeGuard.com and it is found defective, please complete the Help Submission Form to the top right of this page, making sure you specify your Order Number and describe the problem(s), and then click “Submit”. We will follow up via email with details on getting you a replacement as soon as possible at no charge to you if your return request complies with our return policy.
If you purchased your CubeGuard from a retail store and it is found defective, please contact us to see if we can assist you before returning your product to the retail store. Complete the Help Submission Form to the top right of this page, making sure you describe the problem(s) and include the place & date where purchased in the "Your Message" field, and then click “Submit”. We will follow up via email, and if possible will provide details on getting you a replacement or service parts depending on the nature of the problem.
PURCHASES FROM A RETAIL STORE
Returns or exchanges for GubeGuard products purchased from a retail store are subject to the return policy of that store and may not be returned directly to CubeGuard by the customer. Exchanges or issuance of service parts for product defects may be handled by CubeGuard Customer Service directly in certain situations depending on the nature of the problem (see above).
PURCHASES FROM CUBEGUARD.COM
We want you to love what you order from CubeGuard.com. If you desire to return a product purchased from CubeGuard.com, please fill out a return request using the Help Submission Form at the top right of this page, making sure you specify your Order Number and describe the problem(s), and then click “Submit.” We will follow up by providing you via email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, along with details on the return or exchange process, as soon as possible. Unless there is a product defect or problem with your order, you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day period.
For standard product (non-custom), we will promptly issue replacements, refunds or credits for products that do not meet your expectations, for defective product, or for our order errors, but we will not accept returns for order, typing or design errors submitted by customers. For non-defective standard product returns, all returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them and with original packaging.
For custom product, we will not accept any returns unless there is a product defect or error in the order for which CubeGuard is responsible.
Refunds can only be issued to the same account used for the original purchase, less any applicable shipping and handling charges.
If you fail to comply with our return policy requirements, you are not entitled to any refund or replacement and items returned by you that do not comply with those requirements may be discarded by CubeGuard without liability to you.

You will be given return shipping instructions and address information once you have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from us (see above).
Please include the RMA Number clearly marked on the outside of your Shipping Box. Any returns without a clearly marked RMA Number will be refused.
Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. Please also factor in the ship time for your return to be delivered to us. Once your return is processed, we will send you a notification email confirming the refund has been issued. If you believe your return should have been processed, but you never received a notification from us, please check your spam folder to ensure it didn't get marked as spam.
In order to provide personalized, high quality CubeGuard products at affordable prices, we have developed a finely tuned, multi-sequence production process for tailor-making your product. As soon as you submit your custom order, your graphics are custom produced, batched with similar order, sent for printing, cut, and assembled. As we state on our website and in the buy path, custom message orders may not be changed or cancelled once submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast, in order to provide you with the very best value in personalized office messaging solutions.
