What’s the most effective use of CubeGuard in the workplace? Here’s a few recommendations from the CubeGuard Team:
1) Warm-Up Period: When you first start using CubeGuard, there is a bit of a “break-in” period. Initially, you might notice people actually disturbing you a little more as they see CubeGuard and they will likely say “What’s that?” When that happens just point to the “Please Do Not Disturb” message and let them know that when CubeGuard is up, you’re off limits. After a few days, people will get the message, especially that one pest that always bugged you before CubeGuard…
2) Use It When You Really Mean It: You know the story about the boy who cried wolf? If you have your “Please Do Not Disturb” message up all the time, eventually your co-workers may not believe you and could ignore your message altogether, or tag you as unapproachable and not a team player.
